SCCM: Application is not avalable for selection in Task Sequence action "Install Application"17/4/2020 Sometimes an application is not available for selection when searching for it in your Task Sequence (Install Application Action). You know that the reason why an application is not available for a selection in a Task Sequence is either because the application has the wrong security scope set, so you are not allowed to see the application, or because the option "Logon requirement" under the "User Experience" Tab of the application's deployment type is set to "Only when a user is logged on". If after confirming that these two properties of the application have been set correctly the application is still not available for the selection in the Task Sequence action "Install Application" then check the option "Logon requirement" under the "User Experience" Tab of all supeseded applications (all applications in the supersedence chain). Only one of these superseeded applications with the option "Logon requirement" under the "User Experience" Tab set to "Only when a user is logged on" makes the application no more availiable for selection in the Task Sequence action "Install Application".
