It is also recommended to enable logging in Windows Deployment Services when troubleshooting. Information about how to enable WDS logging can be found here.
Also you should not forget to confirm the ConfigMgr configuration:
- Boot Image Settings -> Deploy this boot image from the PXE service point option
- Task Sequence deployment settings (e.g. Make available to boot media and PXE)
- Distribution Point Settings: PXE Tab->"Enable PXE support for clients"
Forthermore make sure that:
- there is a TS deployment for the client that is having the PXE boot problem
- that the time in the client's BIOS is correct
- that the last PXE advertisenment flag is cleared (only for mandatory TS deployments)
- IPHelpers / DHCP Options 66 and 67 are in place (only when the client is not in the same subnet)
