For testing the Azure AD/Office 365 user synchronization a test AD Domain was created. The test was successful and when finished the test AD was deleted without to delete the test users first ( and let the AAD-Synchronization to take care of deleting the teste users in AAD). A few days later we tried to delete the test users by using the Office 365's Admin Center and we were greeted with a message letting us know that it was not possible. In order to get rid of the test user accounts the following had to be done:

Having a driver in configuration manager database that that has an invalid7not existing source path can lead to many problems. With the following powershell script you can find all those drivers.
One way to find the right powershell cmdlet for your configmgr powershell script is to use powershell :)
Firts start powershell console on your configmgr server via the configmgr administration console or run the following commands to load the ConfigurationManager module for windows powershell and connect to the site. Import-Module "$($ENV:SMS_ADMIN_UI_PATH)\..\ConfigurationManager.psd1" Set-Location "[YourSiteCode]:" After SCCM Migration Content of the migrated objects (Software Packages & Applications) has to be redestributed to DPs in the new SCCM Environment. When there are too many objects the following script can help to do it in no time.
When migration SCCM object their old source path will also be migrated. If the content needs to be migrated from one old share (e.g. \\Server1\Share1) to a new share (e.g. \\Server2\Share2) then all source paths of the migrated objects (e.g. OS Images, Drivers, Driver Sackages, Software Packages) have to be changed. With the following Powershell script it is possible to do that. The script has the several parameters:
- SourceRoot (old share) - DestinationRoot (new share) - 3 switch parameters (OS, DRV and SW) With these switch parameters ist controled for which object type is the source path customised. - 1 switch parameter ListOnly With used the objects will be only listed. No changes of the source path will be done. NOTE: I assume that the folder structure has not be changed. That means that in the source path of the migrated object only its prefix has to be changed (e.g. \\ServerOld\ShareOld\... to \\ServerNew\ShareNew\...). With this powershell script it is possible to create and add the specified user to the local Administrators group regatrdles of the OS language. When no user is specifiad and the script is without any input parameters run a default user called "AdmUser" with a hardcoded password "1P@ssw3rd" will be created and added to the local Administrators group. The script has to be run with local admin preveleges.
Here is the powershell script: PROBLEM
Add computer variables for Installation of applications according to dynamic variable list in a task sequence. The applications are separated in blocks because a restart is requiered after block of applications has been installed. The list of the applications to be installed is defined by a configuration file. No access to the SCCM Administration console is requiered. Only Access to the configuration file and the script is requiered. SOLUTION An XML file where is used as a configuration file. The Task sequence "Install Application" step is added for each block in a Task Sequence. |
